Prepare for birth together.

Set in the countryside near Bath, the May Retreat is a luxury two-day hypnobirthing and birth preparation retreat designed to help parents-to-be feel calm, informed, and confident ahead of birth.

With a small group of parents-to-be attending, the retreat is intentionally personal, creating space to learn, connect, and prepare alongside one another.

Across the weekend, you’ll be guided through a comprehensive hypnobirthing and antenatal education course delivered through four thoughtfully designed workshops.

You’ll leave knowing:

❋ how to work with your body during labour
❋ how to reduce fear and anxiety around birth
❋ your options and decision-making during labour
❋ practical tools for a calmer birth experience
❋ the important role of the birth partner
❋ how to approach birth as a team

This is not your typical antenatal course.

This is for you if

❋ You want to approach birth feeling calm, informed, and prepared.

❋ You want practical tools and guidance that will support you during labour and birth

❋ You have busy lives and want an immersive, efficient way to prepare for birth together

❋ You’re looking for something more considered than a traditional antenatal course

❋ You’d value the chance to pause and intentionally prepare together before your baby arrives
